Meet Rita Martinez

Rita Martinez is a fractional product builder for early-stage healthcare teams. Based in Brooklyn, New York, she offers remote and hybrid support to teams at every early stage, from pre-funding to rapidly scaling tech-enabled companies (Series B).

Rita's background spans consulting, growth marketing, product development and business operations. If that sounds like a jack of all trades, that's only partly right. Rita really shines on messy, operationally complex problems, designing pragmatic solutions for patients and clinicians.

She previously served as Founding Head of Product at an NYC-based primary care practice incubated by AlleyCorp. There she built the product from 0→1 as the practice scaled from 0→5 locations, and grew membership to thousands of patients. She has also worked at larger companies such as Accolade (since acquired by Transcarent), where she launched the company's first small-business product, scaling it to 50,000 members and $2.5M in ARR.

Rita graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology and a focus in Global Women's Health.
